Hyatt Place Baltimore/Inner Harbor

This hotel has a great location wonderful staff. Breakfast is nothing special gym is tiny pool is tiny don't expect much their but the location is optimal. Don't pay for parking there is smoke options when you get here (5 dollar garage behind the hotel). The room is spacious. Bathroom doesn't have a shower curtain. Shower doesn't come directly down (it's angled) for people not trying to get their hair wet.

The location entrance is tricky locate and since there's another downtown Baltimore Hyatt, the front desk clerk told me they get guests confusing the location. The area is considered more Little Italy rather than Inner Harbor & don't expect a harbor view because you'll basically get a parking lot view. The front desk and valet staff were friendly and pleasant. The air conditioner had issues, but overall the room was nice including a couch & coffee table. Baltimore City police regularly patrol the area and it's card key access at night at the entrance and always for the elevator.

Great location Great Pricing Lobby is fully renovated Rooms and Hallways not so much - showing som3 wear and tear , not a lot but enough for you to notice Sofa are completely sunk Beds are worn out Shower head is leaking a lot of water But then again. For the price I have paid <150/night , these can be somewhat brushed off The customer service is great I would visit again

I've stayed here a few times. The location is good, rooms are clean and there are some decent views. Expect the usual Hyatt Place vibe: minimalist but solid.

Its clean, the a/c worked, the shower was hot, the bed was fine. Otherwise, pretentious and uninviting. Find your own parking in the area, no helpful information. They don't have any designated parking but we found a garage around the block. The "block out" blinds were designed to only go down halfway. The glass barn door bathroom didn't slide right and offered no real privacy but hey, it looked fancy.

The hotel is lovely but it's only gets 4 stars bc they don't offer coffee/hot water in the lobby all day. Even the super 8 has this simple amenity. Don't gouge your paying guests for coffee and tea! Especially ones there for a conference!

Staff was spectacular. Room was moderate as a for a pet friendly room. There were stains on the couch and floors what has settled over time. Parking is valet and ridiculously expensive per night. The affordable parking was a garage behind the hotel for $5 per day. Walking time equates to a half a block. Their concierge service service is was also great.

Good front desk service, ok location. The breakfast server was yelling at people while we were there. Watch out for the 8th floor. We were there and smelled gas and they said that is sometimes an issue on the 8th floor. They moved us to the 7th floor and all was well.
